1. Account & access
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Administrators may suspend or limit access to protect the Service or other users.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful business billing, invoicing, and related records.
- Do not attempt to breach security, scrape data without authorisation, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Your data
- You retain ownership of client, invoice, and business data you enter.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of tax, pricing, and customer information.
- We process data to provide the Service and improve reliability and security.
4. Documents & payments
- Invoices, quotes, receipts, and related documents are tools for your records; you remain responsible for tax and legal compliance.
- Payment allocation and balances depend on data you enter; verify figures before relying on them.
5. Availability & liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
